New US Plan to Seize Raqqa Ignores Ankara’s Reservations on Kurds
Washington – A Pentagon plan for the upcoming assault on Raqqa, the ISIS capital in Syria, calls for greater US military participation, but disregards Turkish reservations over preventing Kurdish fighters from taking part in the battle. The plan calls for an increase in US military participation, in
