JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli police say two cars have been torched in a Palestinian village and that Hebrew graffiti has been spray-painted at the scene.

Spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says no suspects have been arrested in connection with the vandalism in the village of Shaafat early on Wednesday.

But the graffiti — “price tag” and “revenge” — is typical of slogans painted by suspected Jewish extremists.

The vandalism is the latest in a long line of attacks in recent months on Israeli military bases and Palestinian mosques, cemeteries, farmlands and cars in the West Bank and Israel proper.
