SANAA, (Reuters) – Yemen has accepted 25 of 30 bids that it received for exploration rights in 11 offshore oil blocks, its oil ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

Companies accepted in the bidding round included U.S. major Exxon Mobil, France’s Total, Norway’s Statoil and Spain’s Repsol, according to the statement.
